Fixed Fee £295 Separation Agreement
We offer a fixed fee of £295 plus VAT for preparing a Separation Agreement, for married couples, civil partners or cohabiting couples who are splitting up.
The fixed fee applies where:
- The Parties have agreed between themselves the financial terms of their separation
- The arrangements for residence and contact re any children is not in dispute
- The Parties' financial circumstances are not unusually complex.
Due to Law Society rules on "Conflict of Interest" we can only represent one party in the Separation Agreement and the other party would either have to be independently represented or decline to seek legal advice.
The cost does not include any outlays such as official dues, or the cost of work required to implement the Agreement, such as transferring title to property or raising a Court action for Divorce. We will provide estimates for the costs of any such ancillary work before undertaking it.
