We will explain the significant implications of not having a Will and work with you to prepare a Will which meets your needs and reflects your wishes.
We will talk you through the process of making a Will and clearly explain, verbally and in writing, what your Will means and how it will be implemented.
Where appropriate, we will work with your appointed Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to ensure that your Will minimizes your Estate’s exposure to Inheritance tax. If you do not have an IFA, we will be delighted to recommend and introduce one to you.
We will offer a periodic Will review service, to take account of any changes in the law or your personal circumstances.
